孤立性外毛根鞘瘤1例

A case of solitary tricholemmoma

患者男,37岁。右眉部起淡红色结节1个月,无自觉症状,皮损逐渐增大,中央质硬。组织病理学检查示肿瘤呈分叶状增生,与表皮相连,主要由向外毛根鞘分化的鳞状上皮组成,周边基底细胞排列成栅栏状。根据临床表现和组织病理学改变确诊为孤立性外毛根鞘瘤。

The patient was a 37-year-old male presented with salmon pink nodule on the right eyebrow.The duration was approximately one month.Biopsy speciment showed that the turnor proliferated into lobules,which were connected with the epidermis.They were mainly consisted of epithelia differentialed towards cells of the outer root sheath,and the peripheral based cells the tumor lobules showed palisading arrangement.The patient was diagnosed as solitary tricholemmoma.
