摘要 目的探讨利用超声普通线阵探头引导进行细针穿刺细胞学检查的准确性及定位技巧。方法对进行普通线阵探头引导细针穿刺细胞学检查并经活切或手术组织病理学检查的156例颈部肿大淋巴结的诊断结果进行分析。结果普通线阵探头引导细针穿刺细胞学检查一次穿刺成功率93%,对良、恶性病变的诊断准确率分别为96%、91%。结论超声普通线阵探头引导进行细针穿刺细胞学检查诊断准确率高,对于明确颈部肿大淋巴结性质有重要的应用价值。 Objective To study the accuracy and the locational skills of the fine needle biopsy via ultrasound- guided common linear array probe. Methods The fine needle biopsy guided with common linear array probe was carried out on 156 patients with swollen nodes of the neck who were also accepted subsequent local biopsy or surgical resection. The results acquired were compared with that of cytology and pathology. Results The first-time successful rate of fine needle biopsy guided with common linear array probe was 93%.The accurate rate in the diagnosis of, benign diseases and malignant diseases was 96% and 91% respectively. Conclusions Fine needle biopsy guided with common linear array probe possesses a good accuracy in judging the nature of diseases and is a valuable method in defining the quality of swollen nodes in the neck.
