加压法二维超声诊断胎儿脐带绕颈 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨加压法超声扫查在诊断胎儿脐带绕颈中的价值。方法应用彩色多普勒超声诊断仪对800例晚孕胎儿颈背部进行加压法二维超声扫查。首先沿胎儿脊柱作纵向扫查,清楚显示胎儿颈椎的两条平行强回声,此时注意颈背部皮肤线有无压迹,然后适度加压探头,以胎儿颈背部皮肤紧贴子宫壁为准,如胎儿颈背部皮肤呈一平滑线状,则提示无脐带绕颈,如胎儿颈背部皮肤出现压迹,则提示有脐带绕颈。每个病例先用二维超声加压扫查,再用CDFI加以证实。结果800例晚孕孕妇中采用加压法二维超声扫查检出脐带绕颈362例,漏诊1例,误诊2例,与彩超诊断符合率为99.6%。结论晚期妊娠加压法二维超声扫查,可明显提高二维超声诊断胎儿脐带绕颈的符合率。
