应用ＲＴ－ＰＣＲ方法建立了定量检测ＭＤＲ１表达水平的方法，并对１６５例２０５份血液及骨髓细胞标本进行了检测，结果表明了ＲＴ－ＰＣＲ方法是一项敏感。

We set up the method of quantitative detection of expression of MDR 1 by RT PCR technique, and examined 205 samples of blood and bone marrow smears form 165 cases. The result showed that RT PCR is a kind of sensitive and specific method and is suitable for clinical use.
