摘要
通过显微组织观察和室温拉伸试验,研究了微量Sc对A l-Cu-Li-Mg-Zr合金组织和拉伸性能的影响。结果表明,在A l-Cu-Li-Mg-Zr合金中加入微量Sc,可消除铸态枝晶组织并显著细化铸态晶粒、有效抑制再结晶,明显提高了合金的强度和塑性。微量Sc引起的强化来源于晶粒细化、次生的A l3(Sc,Zr)相析出和亚结构强化。
The effects of trace Sc addition on microstructure and tensile property of Al-Cu-Li-Mg-Zr alloy were mvestigated by observation of microstructure and tensile test at room temperature. The results show that addition of trace Sc can obviously improve the strength and plasticity, eliminate the dendrite, cause obvious grain refinement and efectively restrain recrystallization of the alloy. The strengthening mechanisms of trace Sc are contributed to fine grain strengthening, secondary Als (Sc,Zr) particles dispersion strengthening,and substructure strengthening.
