摘要
通过对新开发的0.11C-0.6Si-1.6MnTR IP钢的成形性能、焊接性能及抗冷裂能力研究,结果表明该钢具备良好的成形性,焊接接头的综合力学性能和冲击韧性良好;虽然焊接热影响区硬化较明显,但由于焊接后无冷裂纹和低温裂纹产生,可焊性很好,不用预热进行焊接。并已成功地试制出了减震器支座和轿车制动踏板臂,实践中也证明该钢具有良好成形性和可焊性。
The formability,weldability and cold cracking resistance of the newly developed 0. 11C-0. 6Si-1.6Mn TRIP steel were studied. The results show that the steel has good formability and needn't preheated for welding, the welding point has good mechanical properties and impact toughness, although a remarkable increase of the hardness in the HAZ, consequently the weldability is also good without cold and low temperature cracks. The automotive shock absorber holders and brake pedal arms have been successfully produced with such TRIP steel that proves its good formability and weldability.
