摘要
采用正交组合回归设计试验方法,研究了“零保温”淬火工艺对25MnV钢组织和性能的影响,分析了“零保温”淬火条件下奥氏体转变的特征。结果表明,在830—930℃“零保温”淬火时,随着加热温度的升高,25MnV钢的强度、硬度升高,经930℃“零保温”淬火后该钢具有较高的强度和硬度。“零保温”淬火后可获得细小的板条状马氏体组织。25MnV钢“零保温”淬火工艺可以代替传统的保温淬火热处理工艺。
The effect of quenching with "zero time holding" on the microstructure and properties of 25MnV steel was studied by the orthogonal regressive design. The austenite transformation characteristics of 25 MnV steel with "zero time holding" were analyzed. The results show that in the range of 830 -930℃ the strength and hardness of the 25MnV steel raise along with quenching temperature going up. The high strength and hardness can be obtained at 930℃ with "zero time holding". The mierostruetures of the steel are fine lath martensite after "zero time holding" quenched. For the 25MnV steel "zero time holding" heat treatment can replace the traditional heat treatment.
