角膜急性碱烧伤新鲜羊膜移植后的组织病理学及超微结构观察 被引量:8

摘要 目的:了解角膜碱烧伤急性期治疗中新鲜羊膜移植促进角膜上皮愈合和抑制基质浸润及瘢痕形成的作用。方法:从15只正常新西兰大白兔中随机选取3只兔做正常对照,其余12只兔制作双眼角膜碱烧伤模型,右眼行羊膜移植,左眼为对照。分别于术后14,30d取材角膜进行PMN(多形核白细胞)计数,光镜及透射电镜观察。结果:在炎性细胞浸润,角膜上皮细胞数量、形态、排列及成纤维细胞数量和细胞内结构方面,新鲜羊膜移植组均优于碱烧伤组。结论:新鲜羊膜移植在角膜碱烧伤急性期治疗中具有较强的促进上皮愈合和抑制炎症及瘢痕形成的作用。 AIM: To study the effects of amniotic membrane transplantation on promoting the healing of corneal epithelium and inhibiting inflammation and the formation of scar in stroma in early treatment of corneal alkali burn. METHODS: Three rabbits were chosen randomly as normal control from 15 normal New Zealand white rabbits and the models of severe corneal alkali burns were set up in the others. Then right eyes were transplanted with amniotic membrane and left eyes were served as control. Ultrastructural and histopathological observations were carried on at 14d and 30d after operation. RESULTS: In the aspects of morphology, number and structure of cells in epithelium and stroma, the results of ANT group were superior to that of control. CONCLUSION: In early period, for severe corneal alkali burns, amniotic membrane transplantation was an effective method for reconstructing epithelium and restraining inflammation and scar formation.
