摘要 目前玻璃体视网膜手术在治疗PVR方面取得了巨大成功但是手术并不能完全阻止甚至可能刺激RPE细胞的迁移和增殖,从而导致PVR的复发。RPE细胞是参与PVR形成的一种重要细胞,因此有关药物抑制RPE细胞增殖的研究受到重视,本文综述了近年来影响RPE细胞周期药物的研究进展.展望了通过调控RPE细胞周期来抑制细胞增殖以防治PVR的前景。 Although vitreoretinal surgery has made the greater success on the treat of PVR, it cannot arrest and may stimulate the move and proliferation of RPE cells. All these would induce recrudescence of PVR. RPE cell is an important kind of cells to reduce PVR, and so it is important to study drugs on inhibiting proliferation of RPE cells. The research of effects of drugs on RPE cell dividing cycle arrest is reviewed here. The inhibition of proliferative vitreoretinopathy (PVR) by RPE cell cycle arrest is prospected.
