摘要
目的:评价掺钕钇铝石榴石(Nd:YAG)激光治疗伴有溢泪症状的泪小点膜闭的疗效。方法:采用Nd:YAG激光及泪小点扩张器对24例(29眼)泪小点膜闭患者进行泪小点扩张并成形。结果:术后3d泪小管引流通畅24眼(83%),术后3mo复查泪小管开口通畅无溢泪症状者18眼(62%)。结论:Nd:YAG激光是治疗伴有溢泪症状的泪小点膜闭的一种简单有效的方法。
AIM： To assess the effect of Nd：YAG laser management on punctal stenosis with epiphoria.
METHODS： Nd：YAG laser therapy combined with punctal dilator was carried out on 24 patients （29 eyes）.
RESULTS： On 3cl after cure, 24 eyes were treated successfully; 3mo after surgery, 18 eyes were successfully recovered.
CONCLUSION： Nd：YAG laser combined with punctal dilator is an effective therapy for punctal stenosis.
