额肌瓣悬吊术治疗中重度先天性上睑下垂的切口设计

Incision design of the frontalis valve suspension in the treatment of moderate and serious congenital blepharoptosis

目的:探讨治疗中、重度先天性上睑下垂的有效手术方法及切口设计对矫形的影响。方法:对32例(39眼)上睑下垂按事先设计切口行额肌瓣悬吊术的疗效进行回顾性分析。结果:39眼上睑下垂全部矫正,37眼双眼重睑对称,2眼欠对称。治愈率100%,满意率95%。结论:额肌瓣悬吊术治疗中、重度先天性上睑下垂注重切口设计可以达到更好的改善功能及矫形效果。

AIM： To investigate the effect of incision design in the treatment of moderate and serious congenital blepharoptosis. METHODS： 32 cases （39 eyes） with congenital blepharoptosis were treated by frontalis valve suspension method with previously designed incision. All the clinical results were analysed retrospectively. RESULTS： 39 eyes of blephanrptosis were completely corrected, 37 eyes had symmetric double eyelids. The core rate was 100%, the satisfaction rate was 95%. CONCLUSION： To treat moderate and serious congenital blepharoptosis with frontalis valve suspension methods, better value incision design is helpful to get better improvement in bhe function and reshaping effect.
