微波治疗90例卵巢囊肿的超声观察

Application of Ultrasonography in Review Microwave for the Treatment of 90 Cases Ovarian Cysts

目的:本文研究了微波治疗卵巢囊肿的价值。方法:应用超声检查对微波治疗的90例卵巢囊肿前后的效果进行对比分析。结果:超声图像透声清晰,囊肿内含水量多的卵巢囊肿和与微波照射近距离的卵巢囊肿,微波对其有较好的治疗效果,而合并出血的卵巢囊肿,微波治疗难以使其吸收。结论:微波对卵巢囊肿的治疗具有良好的临床应用价值。

Objective To discuss the effectiveness of microwave in the management of ovarian cyst. Methods A total of 90 patients with ovarian cyst received microwave. Uhrasonography was performed to study the effect of the microwave. Results The ultrasonography pictures of ovarian cyst were clear. The much water of ovarian cyst and the a little distance to microwave of ovarian cyst achieved great effect in using microwave, but microwave had had effect in ovarian cyst combined with hemorrhage. Conclusion Microwave is an effective way in treating ovarian cyst.
