新生儿呼吸衰竭的重症监护护理体会

Nursing Comprehension about Intonsive Care of Neonatal Respifatory Failure

目的:总结新生儿呼吸衰竭重症监护的护理经验。方法:重症监护室收治的40例呼吸衰竭新生儿经过一般护理、症状护理,良好地监测了动脉血气分析,合理地使用了呼吸机辅助呼吸,取得了满意的临床疗效。结果:22例使用间歇指令通气(IMV),6例经高频振荡通气(HFOV),12例经辅助正压通气(PPAV)治疗,除2例因为停止治疗而死亡外,其余疗效满意。结论:新生儿呼吸衰竭的重症监护应进行良好的一般护理和症状护理,监测好动脉血气而合理地辅助呼吸。

Objective In order to draw a conclusion about nursing experience in intensive care of neonatal respiratory failure. Methods 40 cases of neonatal respiratory failure were accepted in our ICU department,all were experienced by general and Symptomatic nursing,monitored ABG and used breathing machine effectively curative effect was excellent. Results 22 cases used IMV,6 cases used HFOV, 19 cases used PPAV,2 neonate died of give up,Others were acccpta ble. Conclusion Intensive care of neonatal respiratory failure should have appropriate general and Symptomatic nursing, monitor ABG and use breathing machine effectively.
