摘要
实验合成PVA/Gelatin复合树脂,在静态与动态吸附解吸实验的基础上,将其应用到银杏叶的提取与分离之中,通过简单的提取工艺,制备出高纯度的银杏制品,其中黄酮含量可达50%,萜内酯含量达20%以上,远远高出现行银杏产品质量标准,结果令人满意.同时树脂易再生,可重复使用.
The complex adsorbent is synthesized and applied in the extraction and separation of Ginkgo leaves, on the basic of static and dynamic adsorption-desorption.By the simple extraction, a high purity product is gained, of which the content of flavonol glycosides and terpene lactones is 50% and 20% .The product is far beyond quality criterion nowadays. The result is satisfied. In additional, the adsorbent is easily regenerated and used again and again.
