一种新型堵水固砂剂的实验研究

The experimental study on a new type blocking water firming sand agent

针对疏松砂岩高含水的现状,并根据高分子化合物ST胶的特性所作出的室内实验研究.实验主要测定了ST胶的堵水能力、堵油能力以及破裂压力等主要特性.结果表明:ST胶的堵水率可达到90%左右,ST胶水膨体的破裂压力已超过23 MPa,堵水、固砂效果良好.

According to the condition that water content ratio of the loose sandstone reservoir increase highly during late production and the characteristic of macromolecular compound ST glue, the paper made experimental study. The experiment studied major blocking- water capability, blocking - oil capability and fracture pressure eta1 parameter. The study instructed the result of blocking - water and consolidated sandstone is better： the blocking - water ratio of ST glue more than 90%, the fracture pressure of ST glue water swelling body higher than 23 MPa.
