弥漫型细支气管肺泡癌的影像与临床分析(附13例报告)

Imaging and clinical analysis of diffuse bronchioloalveolar carcinoma(a report of 13 cases)

目的探讨弥漫型细支气管肺泡癌(DBAC)的临床及CT表现。方法回顾分析经病理证实的13例DBAC的临床资料及CT表现。结果13例患者中进行性憋气、呼吸困难10例,大量泡沫样痰2例。CT见多发结节8例,炎性实变6例,纤维网状改变6例,团块3例。结论DBAC的临床及CT表现复杂,某些表现对DBAC的诊断有一定的价值。

Objective To reseach the clinical and CT manifestation of diffuse bronchioloalveolar carcinoma（DBAC）. Methods An retrospective analysis was carried out of the clinical and CT manifestation of 13 cases of pathologically verified DBAC. Results Out of the 13 cases, 10 manifested blocking of breath and dyspnea and 2 reported a large quantity of foam-like phlegm. CT findings revealed that there were 8 cases with multiple nodes,6 cases with inflammatory solids,6 cases with fiber net changes, and 3 cases with lumps. Conclusion The clinical and CT manifestation of DBAC was complicated. Some findings were valuable to the diagnosis of DBAC.
