羟基喜树碱联合化疗治疗晚期胃癌近期疗效观察

Efficacy of hydroxycamptothecin-based combination chemotherapy in advanced gastric cancer

目的观察羟基喜树碱（HCPT）联合化疗治疗晚期胃癌的近期疗效和毒性。方法91例晚期胃癌病人随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组46例，接受HCPT10mg第1—5天，CF100mg第1～5天，5-Fu 500mg／m^2第1-5天，DDP30mg／m^2第1～3天；对照组45例接受CF100mg第1～5天，5-Fu500mg／m^2第1—5天，DDP30mg／m^2第1～3天。以上两个方案21d为一周期，2周期后评价疗效。结果两组有效率分别为60．9％（28／46），40．0％（18／45），差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。两组不良反应差异无显著性（P〉0．05）。结论HCFF联合化疗治疗晚期胃癌有效率高，毒性无明显增加，值得继续研究。

Objective To observe the efficacy and toxicity of hydroxycamptothecin （HCPT）-based combination chemotherapy in advanced gastric cancer. Methods Ninety one patients with gastric cancer were randomly devided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group （ n =46） received HCPT 10 mg d 1-5,CF 100 mg d 1-5,5-Fu 500 mg/m^2 d 1-5 ,and DDP 30 mg/m^2 d 1- 3 ,q3w for 2 cycles. The control group （ n = 45 ） received CF 100 mg d 1-5,5-Fu 500 mg/m^2 d 1-5 and DDP 30 mg/m^2 d 1-3, q3w for 2 cycles. Results The response rates of the two groups are 60. 9% （ 28/46 ） and 40. 1% （ 18/45 ） respectively. There is significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The side-effects of two groups have no significant difference （ P 〉 0. 05 ） o Conclusion HCPT-based combination chemotherapy is effective and safe for advanced gastric cancer and worthwhile of further study.
