摘要 在追求基业长青的队伍里,卖掉企业的人的理由同样是为了让企业有更好的发展。只不过有的人主动,有的人被动;有的人从头至尾欢乐。 It is a hard decision for any company founders to sell their companies. However, some founders do sell their beloved companies and their purpose remains the same as they build them up- 'make the company development sustainable'. The founders will then find a new life with less working pressure and have more time and energy to concentrate on some activities they previously dreamed to. Yue-Sai Kan, founder of the popular Chinese cosmetic brand Yuesai sold her company to Loreal in 2004. After that, she returns to the TV content production industry, an area where she finds more fun. Wang Bin sold his own company to Sina.com in 2004. He now loves to spend his spare time on sailing. In May, he is planning to have another navigation from France back to China, a journey of 18,000 nautical miles and lasting eight months. Yu Feng, former CEO of Target Media has more time to take care of his family after his company merged with Focus Media. The new company realizes a faster growth and its share price doubles after the merger.
