基于现场总线的L-天冬酰胺酶II发酵过程优化控制

摘要 简要介绍L-天冬酰胺酶II和PROFIBUS-DP现场总线,针对传统发酵过程控制系统布线复杂、自动化程度低等缺陷,设计了一个基于PROFIBUS-DP现场总线的L-天冬酰胺酶II发酵过程的优化控制系统,通过PROFIBUS-DP总线,主站、从站和各智能仪表间可直接通信,形成开放性网络。为了提高最大产酶量,将智能、优化控制技术融入过程控制系统,着重采用神经网络非线性预测控制和粒子群优化算法解决溶解氧的优化问题,达到较好的控制效果,产酶量比原工艺提高1倍以上。实验证明:该系统经济、可靠。 The paper briefly introduces L - Asparaginase Ⅱ and PROFIBUS - DP fieldbus. According to the problems existing in the conventional fermentation process control system,such as complex wires deployed,low automation,a L - Asparaginase Ⅱ fermentation process control system based on PROFIBUS - DP fieldbus is designed. Via PROFIBUS - DP bus,the master,slaver and the intelligent devices can communicate with each other directly,like an open network. To increase maximal output,technologies of intelligence control and optimization control are adopted in the process control system. Further,by using the nonlinear forecast control of BP neural network and particle swarm optimization to solve the optimization of DO, the system obtains excellent control effect,the output increases by 100% in comparison with the output via normal control method. The experiment results show that the system is economical and reliable.
