摘要 天然鳞片石墨是一种优质耐火材料原料,但石墨表面的疏水性强,很难制备出均匀致密的不定型耐火材料。要使石墨在耐火材料中得到广泛应用,必须对石墨进行表面改性,使表面由疏水性转变为亲水性。虽然石墨的表面改性研究已经取得了一定进展,但仍处于实验研究阶段,投入生产应用还有较大差距。本文对石墨的表面改性方法进行了总结,并重点介绍了表面涂层法。 Graphite is an excellent material for refractory. But the wettability of graphite is very poor and the compact monolithic refractory including graphite is can't be produced, Therefore, the surface modification of graphite must be carried out so that the graphite can be applied in refractory widely. The surface modification of graphite is studied and some methods are developed. This paper summarizes the main methods of surface modification of graphite and emphasize surface coating.
