(La,Ce)/Al基柱撑信阳蒙脱石矿物材料的热稳定性研究

摘要 在室温下,取代法和共聚法配制了稳定的(La,Ce)/Al二元聚合阳离子,用其柱撑信阳蒙脱石。共聚法配制柱化剂柱撑的蒙脱石,在(La,Ce)/Al=1∶9时,室温和加温300℃、500℃2h后,d001值最大;取代法配制柱化剂柱撑的蒙脱石,在La/Al=1∶5时,室温和加温300℃、500℃2h后,d001变化最小,分别为1.923nm,1.904nm,1.904nm;不同的Ce/Al比例下制备的柱撑蒙脱石,室温和加温300℃后相比d001变化较大。(La,Ce)/Al基柱撑蒙脱石矿物材料的热稳定性与柱化剂的制备方法和(La,Ce)/Al的摩尔比有关。 The stable (La, Ce)/Al double polycations can be synthesized at room temperature in two methods, substitution and convergence. The d001 value of the pillared montmorillonite were prepared using agents that convergence is biggest when (La,Ce)/Al = 1:9, at room, 300 ℃, 500℃. The d001 value change of the pillared montmorillonite were prepared using agents that substitution is smallest, when La/Al = 1:5, at room(1.923nm),300 ℃ (1.904nm), 500℃ (1.904nm), but the pillared montmorillonite using different Ce/Al agent, the d001 value change is bigger at room and 300℃. The thermal stability of (La,Ce)/Al pillared montmorillonite is influenced by method of synthesized agent and mole ratio of (La,Ce)/Al.
