新型常温喷淋磷化液的研制

Studies on A New Type of Spraying Phosphating Solution of Normal Atmospheric Temperature

介绍了一种新型常温喷淋磷化液。喷淋温度15—35℃,喷淋时间3分钟,磷化膜厚度和重量分别达到2μm和1.7g/m^2以上。磷化膜结晶致密,外观呈均匀一致的灰色。详细陈述磷化工艺流程和工艺条件,给出性能试验结果。常温喷淋磷化液用于黑色金属涂漆前预处理,可明显提高漆膜附着力和整件耐蚀性,适用于合金钢和普通碳钢制品的磷化、涂漆生产线。

This paper introduces a new type of spraying phosphating solution of normal atmospheric temperature with the spraying temperature ranged from 15 to 35℃ and spraying time for 3 minutes. The thickness of the phosphating film and the weight reach over 2 μm and 1.7g/m^2 respectively. The phosphating film is fine crystallized, which has a uniform gray colour in appearance. In addition, this paper also d-escribes in detail the technological process for phosphating and the technological conditions, and gives out the testing results for its performance.
