This paper introduces the structure and design of the GPS receiver, Based on the architecture, the hardware and software design of a kind of GPS receiver are completed. For GPS receiver, the GP2015 （manufactured by Zarlink） is a small format Front-end and the GP4020 with an ARM7 microprocessor is a complete digital baseband processor.
