我国农村集体土地股份合作制的实践与评价

THE PRACTICE AND APPRAISAL OF THE STOCK COOPERATION SYSTEM OF CHINESE VILLAGE COLLECTIVE LAND

我国传统农村集体土地产权制度存在许多难以解决的现实矛盾,农村集体土地股份合作制作为一种农村土地产权制度创新的实践模式,在一定程度上能够克服现行土地集体所有、家庭平均承包经营的弊病。本文在分析我国农村集体土地股份化实践的基础上,对农村集体土地产权股份合作制进行了绩效评价,提出了完善农村集体土地股份合作制的建议。

Cinese traditional property right system of village collective land has many reality contradictions WhiCh are solved with difficulty. As one kind of practice patterns of the innovation of the ownership system of village land system, stock cooperation system of village collective land can overcome the defects of both the ownership system of village collevtive land and the contracted - responsibility on household basis in a certain degree. On the basis of analyzing the practice of the stock cooperation system of Chinese village collective land, this article appraises the achivement of the stock cooperation system of village collective land, and proposes suggestions of perfecting the cooperation system of village collective land.
