摘要
在知识经济时代,管理创新作为教育创新的重要内容,以独特的活力引导着教育改革的实施。高等学校是人才培育的摇篮,所实施的管理创新,不仅影响着高等人才素质的培养,决定着人才系统工程的优化,而且还影响着教育现代化的质量和进程,制约着教育创新工程的实现。本文从高等学校整体发展的实际出发,从体制、组织形式、理念三个方面探讨了高等学校管理创新的本质特征。
In the age of intellectual economy, bringing forth new ideas to the management is the primary component of education, which is guiding the educational reform with its dynamic vitality. Colleges and Universities cultivate talented persons as the cradles. They carry out the new type of management, which will influence the quality of the educated people and the process of education modernization, decide the optimization of the system of talented person program, and restrict the realization of it. This essay, based on the practical condition of colleges and universities,has analyzed the new essential features of created managemental creation from three perspectives, system, organization form and ideas.
