大柱距轻钢屋面承重体系的设计与分析 被引量:1

摘要 近年来轻钢屋面作为工业建筑的屋面围护结构得到了广泛的应用。由于工业生产、加工工艺及流程等方面的需要,大柱距的工业建筑结构开始得到了越来越广泛的应用。针对此类结构,对可采用的各种屋面承重体系的优缺点及用钢量进行了比较,并得出在柱距较大的情况下,采用纵横梁加冷弯薄壁型钢体系具有施工简便、质量可靠和用钢量较少等优势,适宜作为大柱距情况下轻钢屋面的承重体系。 Light gauge steel roofing has been widely used for maintenance structure in industrial buildings recently. However, in order to meet the need of production, processing technology or flow route, industrial constructions with large column spacing have also obtained more and more application. Comparisons were made on steel consumption and characteristics of types of roofing bearing systems which could be applied to this kind of structure. To come to the conclusion that under the circumstances of large column spacing, main and secondary beam system has the merits of simple construction, good execution quality and less steel consumption. It would be a good choice to roofing bearing system with large column spacing.
