摘要 钢箱梁制作难度大且工艺复杂,主要表现在其组合零部件多,厚板焊接量大,焊接产生的变形难以矫正以及箱内焊接缺陷无法修补等。在大量生产实践的基础上,从钢箱梁零部件余量的控制、制作工艺流程、焊接变形的预防与矫正以及现场拼装精度的控制等几个方面,对钢箱梁的制作工艺技术进行分析和总结。 The manufacturing of steel box beam is difficult and its technique is complicated, which mainly manifests that it has many combined components and large numbers of welding work of thick steel plates, the deformation caused by the welding is difficult to correct and the welding defects inside the steel box can not be repaired. Based on lots of manufacturing work,it is given an analysis and a summary of the manufacturing technique of steel box beam in respect of the components residual control, manufacturing flow chart, prevention and correction of welding deformation and precision control of site splice.
