摘要
通过测定分析雪茄外包烟烟叶成熟过程中的叶绿素荧光参数,探讨了其叶绿素荧光变化特征,结果表明, 遮荫条件下雪茄外包烟烟叶成熟过程中光合系统Ⅱ的最大光化学效率、潜在活性均下降,qP呈双峰曲线变化,NPQ则随着叶片的衰老逐步下降;而叶片的光合电子传递速率和光量子产量也呈双峰曲线变化。成熟后期,qP、叶片的光合电子传递速率和光量子产量仍较大。
Changes of chlorophyll a fluorescence parameters of cigar wrapper tobacco during maturing under the condition of shading were measured to analysis the characteristic of them. The results indicated that: the biggest efficiency of photochemistry and potential activity of PS Ⅱ were decreased; the changes of qP presented a bimodal curve; NPQ were decreased progressively with,the aging of the blade; shut electron transmit speed and light quantum yield presented bimodal curve too. At the late stage of maturity, qP, shut electron transmit speed and light quantum yield were still high.
