全局电压无功优化控制系统在廊坊电网的应用

摘要 系统实时读取SCADA数据,以提高电压合格率、降低网损为目标,以交流潮流计算为基础,采用基于灵敏度分析的专家系统和遗传算法等优化方法,得到全局最优的变压器分接头档位升降以及并联补偿电容投切方案,并调度执行。系统对地区电网进行全局集中优化,所做分析基于实时潮流计算,并实现了在线应用,这是系统最大的特点,而且系统在监控数据修正、高压线路充电功率修正等方面也具有特色。在地区电网的实际应用表明:系统控制策略合理可行,可以有效提高地区电网电压合格率,降损效果明显。本文结合该系统在廊坊电网应用情况,从系统结构、功能模块、特点、相关问题处理、应用效果等方面对系统进行分析。 Aiming at increasing satisfied rate of voltage and at decreasing grid loss, the system scans the SCADA and optimizes globally the control scheme building on the AC load flow model, by deploying the expert system on the basis of sensitivity analysis and genetic algorithms. The optimization result includes the regulating scheme of tap changing of transformers and turning on/off of shunt capacitors, which will be executed in the dispatch system. Global centralized optimization, real-time load flow calculation, and online application, are the striking characters of the system. Furthermore, the system has special disposals of amending acquisition data and shunt capacitance charging of high voltage line. The actual application confirms its efficiency on achieving the control objectives. The paper analyzes the system structure, function units, characters, related questions and effect and so on on the basis of its application in Langfang regional power grid.
