摘要
胚胎干细胞具有的独特特征———分化全能性是生物学各研究领域多年来的热点之一。胚胎干细胞独特的生物学特征在生殖细胞与体细胞及动物个体之间建立了广泛的联系。胚胎干细胞应用前景有着巨大的潜力。为此,对其培养建系的完善性研究显得格外重要。在此,对胚胎干细胞建系方法方面做一简要综述,尤其对建系过程中内细胞团的分离方法及干细胞集落的获取方法进行探讨。
