The principles and characteristics of RFLP, RAPD, SSR and AFLP techniques for DNA fingerprinting were described in this paper. Also, the key factors that affected the plants mutation in space flight were discussed. The advances of application and prospect of molecular markers in study of plants space mutation were also detailed.
