海绵共附生细菌种群组成的PCR-DGGE基因指纹分析 被引量:2

摘要 采用不依赖于分离培养的16S rDNA的PCR-DGGE基因指纹技术对我国南海的细薄星芒海绵、皱皮软海绵、贪婪倔海绵、澳大利亚厚皮海绵体内的优势细菌的种群组成进行了比较分析。结果显示:每种海绵体内都含有丰富多样的细菌;通过DGGE指纹图的聚类分析发现来自同一海域的不同海绵的共附生细菌的种群组成具有明显不同,即共附生细菌具海绵宿主特异性;同时也发现有相同的细菌存在于不同的海绵体内。 In this paper, the sponge-associated bacterial structure were investigated and compared among 4 sponges in South China Sea, Stelletta tenui (Lindgren, 1897), Halichondria (Ridley & Dendy), Dysidea avara (Schmidt) and Craniera australiensis (Carter) using a culture-independent method of 16S rDNA PCR-DGGE fingerprinting. It was proved that there are abundant and various bacteria in each sponge. As for the tested 4 sponges, the bacterial community structures were obviously different based on the clustering analysis of DGGE fingerprints, which meant that the bacterial community was special to each of the 4 sponges in the same ocean area. At the same time, the same bacterium was found in different sponges.
