抑制性消减杂交技术在寄生虫学研究中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 抑制性消减杂交技术(SSH)是一种适用于分离两个遗传背景相关的DNA样品之间差异从而表达基因的方法。目前,该技术在寄生虫学研究中的应用不是很多,主要应用在寻找与寄生虫不同发育阶段相关的差异表达基因和与寄生虫抗药性相关的差异表达基因以及其他相关基因的研究,如与不同虫株、不同宿主、或性别差异相关的基因。本文从这几个方面综述了SSH技术在寄生虫学研究中的进展情况。了解这些信息,有助于将来更好地利用该技术研究寄生虫学,为寄生虫病的防治提供一定的理论依据。 Suppression Subtractive Hybridization(SSH) is widely used method for separating DNA molecules that distinguish two closely related DNA samples. But it is not widely used in parasitology. In this paper, The major application of SSH were introduced , focusing on isolation related differential genes from different developmental stages of parasite and related drug-resistant genes of parasite. Besides the two aspects, other related differential expressed genes were identified by SSH,such as the related genes of different strains , different hosts and sex. This information was provided some theories for preventing and curing parasitosis.
