摘要
本文利用模拟电池恒阻放电方法,测定了不同单一天然锰粉的放电性能与其搭配效果及添加剂对正极放电性能的影响,利用X衍射分析了添加剂对NMD的作用机理。结果表明:各种不同NMD按1:1:1的比例搭配时以合庆、建水、大新三种搭配效果最好。适量的添加剂能促使低活性MnO_2向高活性MnO_2转化,并与NMD形成缺氧化合物(MnLO_(3.15))使NMD稳定电位变正。
Discharge performance of the different single NMD and their collocation effect and influence of the additive on the positive electrode were measured by discharge of simulated batteries through fixed resistance. The action mechanism of the additive on NMD was analysed with X-ray diffraction. The results showed that the effect of collocation of Heqing,Jianshui and Daxin was the best among the NMD collocation in the ratio of 1:1:1 and that the additive could promote the conversion of low activity MnO2 to high activity MnO2 and formation MnLO3.15 with NMD.
