摘要 基于ADAMS软件,提出了悬架橡胶衬套各向刚度的优化设计方法及流程。并以一轿车四连杆后悬架为算例,通过对优化前后结果进行悬架运动学对比分析,验证了优化设计方法的有效性。 This paper studies the optimum design method and its process for determining the rubber bushing stiffness of suspensions on the basis of ADAMS software. A calculation instance of the four-link rear suspension of an automibile is used for conducting comparative analysis of kinematics of suspensions. The optimum design method proves to be effective through verification and by comparison with the suspension kinematics before and after.
