摘要 本文采用浸泡实验和电化学方法研究了一种有机复配缓蚀剂ZD对锌在碱性电解液中的缓蚀作用。结果表明,ZD是阴极型缓蚀剂,对锌具有很好的缓蚀效果。用加有ZD电解液组装的LR6型无汞碱性锌锰电池,性能良好。 The inhibiting effect of an organic composite inhibitor on zinc corrosion in alkaline electrolyte was investigated by means of immersion tests and electrochemical experiments. The results showed that ZD was a cathodic type inhibitor and provided excellent inhibiting effect on the zinc corrosion with the inhibition efficiency of 89. 95%. The LR6 type mercury-free alkaline zinc-manganese batteries containing ZD electrolyte were assembled. The discharge experiment results revealed that the battery tested exceeded the Industry Standard of P. R. of China (QB 1185-91) in all aspects.
