摘要
斜面上钻孔与平面上钻孔相比,由于加工初期条件差,孔的相对位置精度低,刀具更容易折损。本研究通过实验,比较了斜面上钻孔与平面上钻孔在加工初期切削力的差异,对斜面上钻孔加工初期的受力进行了理论分析。理论分析的数值模拟与实验结果一致。在此基础上,分析比较了进给量、斜面倾角等参数对初期受力的影响。分析模型合理地解析了斜面钻孔初期的受力现象。
Drilling on inclined surfaces has such problems as the decrease of hole accuracy and damage of tools compared with the drilling on flat surfaces. A comparative study of the thmst force at initial stages of drilling on inclined surfaces was conducted through experiments. Its theoretical analysis was made and the numerical simulation of the analysis agrees with experimental results. Furthermore, the effects of inclined angle and feed speed on the thrust force are estimated. The analysis model explains the thrust force at initial stages of drilling on inclined surfaces.
