摘要
通过生产实践测试出普通镀铬溶液在不同的阳极电流密度下的电流效率,运用法拉第电解定律推导出的基础计算式,进一步简化得出尺寸镀铬时间最简计算式。上述公式易掌握,便于口算。在尺寸镀铬中能理想地镀到自己所需要的厚度,镀后不需修磨就可使用,有效率在93%以上。
In this paper,the current efficiency of ordinary Cr-plating solution under different cathodic current densities has been determined through the production and practice,the basic calculating formula has been derived by means of Farada- y's law of electrolysis and the simplest formula for calculating the time for dimensional Cr-plating has been obtained after further simplification.
