当前高等法学教育存在着一些问题,对此,应将法学本科教育准确定位为通识教育与职业教育相统一的基础性教育,树立和落实科学发展观,通过与国家统一司法考试的结合,把握好法学教育改革的方向。

This paper first puts out some problems in contemporary law higher education, and then in the view of these, the author.believes ＂ that the proper orientation of law undergraduate education should based on the fundamental education unifying the general education and vocational education, Lastly, while establishing and carrying out the scientific outlook of development, the direction of law education reform must be grasped well with the national judicatory examination.
