The Relation Coordination in the Piano Room Management of Normal Colleges

琴房是高师音乐教育专业教师和学生重要的教、学、练场所。琴房管理中,应以学生管理为主体,以成绩考核为辅助,以学籍管理为督导,处理好协调关系。

The piano room is the important teaching and studying place for teachers and students in the normal university. This article point out that the piano room management should take measures to coordinate the relation： students＇ self- management as the main part; test result as the auxiliary part; student - status management as the supervision.
