固胎汤降低体外受精-胚胎移植妊娠流产率127例临床研究

Clinical Study on Gutai Decoction for Decreasing Abortion Rate in 127 Pregnancy Women of in vitro Fertilization and Embryo Transplantation

目的:探讨中药固胎汤对体外受精-胚胎移植技术流产率的影响。方法:将移植后14天验β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素≥25IU/L的患者237例,分为治疗A组(移植后给药)、治疗B组(验孕后给药)及西药对照组,观察其流产率。结果:治疗A组、治疗B组、西药对照组流产率分别为13.08%、15%、24%。治疗组与西药对照组比较差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:中药固胎汤能降低体外受精-胚胎移植妊娠流产率。

Objective：To study on effect of Gutai Decoction on the abortion rate of in vitro fertilization and embryo transplantation （IVF ET）. Methods：237 cases with β-human chorionic gonadotropin（B HCG） ≥251U/L 14 days after the transplantation were divided into Treatment group A （TCM administration after the transplantation）, Treatment group B （TCM administration after pregnancy） and western medicine control group. Their abortion rates were observed. Results：The abortion rate was 13.08%, 15% and 24% in treatment group A, B and the control group respectively, with significant difference between the treatment groups and the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion ：Gutai Decoction can decrease the abortion rate of IVF-ET pregnancy.
