Improvement on ‘Wenqule Powder Absorber’

介绍国外吸粉器在使用中存在的问题,并对其结构和原理进行了分析、研究,在此基础上设计、制造出新的吸粉器。经对比试验和实际使用证明其各项性能指标均优于进口吸粉器。

This paper introduces the improvement on the unit which is called ‘Wenqule Powder Absorber’ mounted on the electrostastic spraying powder line from abroad. The absorber needs to be improved and a new design is set up in accordance to the analysis on its structure and principle.The specifications of the latter are proved superior to those of the former by test and operation,which provides an excellent reference materials for the professions.
