摘要 目的建立中药材赤芍的质量分析方法。方法采用水平衰减全反射傅里叶变换红外光谱法(HATR-FTIR)测定了赤芍及其伪品的FTIR,并结合主成分分析法进行排序比较了正伪品之间的差异程度。结果发现基于傅里叶变换红外光谱的主成分分析在反映同属不同种及同种不同产地植物化学组成差异程度上具有应用价值。结论采用FTIR直接测定法并结合主成分分析法应用于赤芍的质量分析,简便、快速、准确,而且不需制备样品。 OBJECTVE To establish the theory and method for the identification of Radix Paeoniae Rubra. METHODS Samples were defermined by horizontal attenuated total reflectance fourier transform infrared spectroscopy ( HATR-FTIR). The differences between official and unofficial samples were compared by principal component analysis (PCA) based on the indices of wave number-absorbance. The differences of Radix Paeoniae Rubra and its confused varieties are compared by principle component analysis (PCA). RESULTS It is practical to apply PCA on the basis of HATR-FTIR to compare the chemical differences among different species from the same genera or same species from different origin. CONCLUSION It is direct, rapid and accurate to apply PCA on the basis of HATR-FTIR to identify Radix Paeoniae Rubra.
