摘要
该文致力于求取电力系统在负荷和发电机出力的某一给定调整方式下的静态稳定裕度和极限负荷,把扩展等面积法(EEAC)的理论扩展应用于小扰动电压稳定性分析,提出了具有明确物理含义的静态稳定裕度的概念,根据该裕度对负荷的灵敏度系数可以直接求出在负荷和发电机出力的给定调整方式下的极限负荷,并在华中系统和新英格兰系统中验证了该算法的快速性和可靠性。
A brand new method for small disturbance voltage stability assessment(SVSA) is put forth in the present paper, which is based on the natural links between small disturbance and large disturbance stabilities, and based on the adaptation of the extended equal area criterion (EEAC) for small disturbance A rigorous margin for SVSA is proposed, and is adapted to calculate the maximum loading point The robustness and rapidity have been verified on the 31 bus Huazhong system and 39 bus New England system
