摘要
通过深入研究无刷直流伺服电机的矩形波电流控制中存在的问题,在对逆变器的开关状态和恒频采样PWM的原理作进一步分析的基础上,提出变频采样PWM方法,该方法能使逆变器的工作频率稳定在希望的频率值附近,且能最大限度地减小电流脉动,提高电流调节的精度和响应速度。试验结果表明,上述方法是可行的。
Through intensive studies on problems of rectangular waveform current control in brushless DC servo machines,a current control method of self-tuned frequency sampling PWM is presented, hased on the advanced analysis of switch states of the inverter and the theory of fixed frequency sampling method. This method can not only make the inverter work under the expected frequency steadily, but also minimize the current ripple, and improve the precison and response speed of current regulation. Experimental results proved that this method is feasible.
