Investigation on the Equivalent Circuit for Metal Oxide Varistor

研究了金属氧化物电阻片（ＭＯＶ）在阶跃电压作用下的电流响应，提出了ＭＯＶ全电流区效电路及其动态参数定量描述的方法，并分别进行小电流区和大电流区特性试验验证，表明本采用的方法是合理的。

Current dynamic response for MOV under the step voltages has been investigated.An equivalent circuit and a method of predicting MOV's dynamic parameters in its whole current regions are presented.The MOV's characteristics in a low current region and a heavy current region are proved by the experiments respectively. It is Shown that the applied method is reasonable.
