摘要
为考察用于复合材料成型的硅橡胶气囊的使用寿命,模拟气囊的实际应用条件,利用热老化后的硅橡胶的拉伸强度、撕裂强度和硅橡胶与试件的剥离强度相对比来评估。试验表明:1453D硅橡胶老化100次后拉伸强度和撕裂强度都远远大于其剥离强度,推测其力学性能能够满足使用100次的要求,因此可推荐用硅橡胶气囊代替金属芯模用于复合材料成型工艺中。
To study the service life-span of silicon rubber inflatable bag employed in composites molding, with simulating the servicing condition of the inflatable bag, it is reasonable to estimate the life-span via tensile breaking strength, tear strength of the aged samples in contrast to the peeling strength between silicon rubber and composites. The test indicates the tension strength and the tearing strength of silicon rubber after 100 times aging are much more larger than the peeling steength of silicon rubber Mosite1453D. It can be concluded the mechanical performance of silicon rubber can meet the requirements for 100 times use. Silicon rubber inflatable bag may be commended to meet the requirements in composites molding instead of metal.
