干扰素γ与子宫内膜异位症 被引量：1

摘要 子宫内膜异位症(EMs)是生育期妇女常见的良性疾患,发病率逐年增加。EMs的病因尚未完全明确。研究发现EMs患者腹腔液中的免疫细胞的变化最为明显,多种免疫细胞及因子的改变,对异位内膜的黏附、种植、增殖等各环节均起重要作用。干扰素(IFN)作为一种最早被发现的细胞因子,在人体免疫系统中起重要的调节作用。IFN-γ通过对各种免疫细胞、细胞因子及基因的调节在EMs的发生发展中起重要的作用。
