环氧合酶2及其抑制剂与妇科肿瘤 被引量:2

摘要 环氧合酶是花生四烯酸代谢过程中前列腺素合成的限速酶。环氧合酶2的表达与肿瘤的发生、发展、转移、预后密切相关。选择性环氧合酶2抑制剂可抑制肿瘤细胞增殖,诱导细胞凋亡,抑制肿瘤血管形成,增强肿瘤细胞对放疗和化疗的反应性及免疫治疗的效果等。对环氧合酶2在肿瘤特别是妇科肿瘤中的表达及作用机制进行综述。环氧合酶2抑制剂通过多种途径发挥抗癌作用,是理想的肿瘤化学预防和治疗的新靶点。
