TRAIL与HIF影响宫颈癌放疗敏感性的研究

摘要 肿瘤坏死因子相关的凋亡诱导配体(TRAIL)是近年来新发现的凋亡分子之一,其选择性地诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡而豁免正常细胞的特性使其在肿瘤治疗中具有广阔的应用前景。缺氧诱导因子-1(HIF-1)是在缺氧时诱导肿瘤细胞产生的转录因子,对肿瘤细胞的生长,血管形成,凋亡耐药皆起到重要作用。综述TRAIL与HIF-1的生物学特性,以及二者表达对宫颈癌放疗敏感性的影响,将为进一步探索宫颈癌治疗提供新的思路和途径。
